Verdant was born from a simple belief: the finest ingredients need nothing more than restraint and respect. Our kitchen works with 14 local farms within 150 miles of Austin — harvesting daily, writing menus that follow the land's calendar, not ours.

Executive Chef Isabelle Moreau brings 18 years of classical French training to a wholly Texan table. Every plate is an edit, not an addition.
